- Uploading photos: Name, email (optional), and photo when uploading to the gallery

- Publishing memories and photos on the Site (after approval)
- Contacting you if necessary regarding uploaded content

Approved memories and photos are retained on the Site permanently as part of the memorial. Unapproved content is deleted within 90 days.
