Purpose of the Site
The Site serves as a memorial to Barak Lufan z"l, allowing family, friends, and the community to share memories, photos, and stories.

The Site allows visitors to upload memories and photos. All submitted content is reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to:

- Remove content that does not align with the spirit of the Site

Donations
Donations on the Site are processed through PayPal and transferred directly to the Lufan family. By donating, you confirm that:
- The donation is given as a gift to the Lufan family
- Funds will be paid directly to the family's bank account
- You will not receive anything in return for your donation
- The donation is not tax-deductible and no tax receipt will be issued
Intellectual Property
All photos, texts, and content on the Site (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of the Lufan family. No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission.
